Heat exchange unit—automatic control explanation:

According to customer needs, the unit is designed with different control levels:
Level 1: outlet water temperature control + frequency conversion of circulating pump and make-up water pump
Configuration:

Temperature controller, electric control valve (with power-off automatic closing function), circulating pump, make-up water pump frequency converter, temperature sensor (constant outlet water temperature), pressure transmitter (constant pressure water supply), pressure relief solenoid valve (overpressure water discharge function)

Function mode:
Secondary side water supply temperature automatic regulation function, water supply pump automatic water supply pressure stabilizing function, standby circulating pump automatic switching function, automatic pressure relief function;

Level 2: outlet water temperature control + frequency conversion of circulating pump and make-up water pump + field data acquisition
Configuration:

PLC controller, touch screen, electric control valve (with power-off automatic closing function), circulating pump, make-up water pump frequency converter, temperature sensor, outdoor temperature sensor, pressure transmitter, water tank level gauge, pressure relief solenoid valve.

Function mode:
Automatic temperature regulation of secondary side water supply and outdoor temperature compensation; frequency conversion operation of circulating pump; automatic water supply and stabilization of make-up water pump; automatic switching function of standby circulating pump; automatic pressure relief function; automatic water filling for water tank; temperature alarm, pressure alarm and low liquid level protection of water tank; real- time display of field temperature and pressure on touch screen.

Level 3: outlet water temperature control + circulating pump, make-up water pump frequency conversion + heat measurement + field data collection and upload + centralized control room
Configuration:

Remote network communication module, PLC controller, touch screen, heat meter, flow meter, electric control valve (with power-off automatic closing function) Circulating pump, make-up water pump frequency converter, temperature sensor, outdoor temperature sensor, pressure transmitter, water tank level gauge, water and electricity magnetic valve on water tank, pressure relief solenoid valve. Centralized control room (industrial computer + Display + upper computer operation software + camera + printer)
